Another land plot in the territory of Ijevan city park will be returned to the community

The Prosecutor General’s Office had informed that the Department for the Protection of State Interests had submitted 16 lawsuits to the Anti-Corruption Court, with claims to forcibly terminate the building rights over land plots located in the territory of the city park of the Ijevan community of Tavush Province and to return the land plots to the Ijevan community.
“In the framework of a civil case initiated on the basis of one of the above-mentioned lawsuits, by the decision of the Anti-Corruption Court dated August 13, 2025, the claim of the Prosecutor General’s Office was satisfied: the building right of a physical person over a land plot with an area of 19.8 square meters, located at 18/5 Theatre Street, Ijevan community, Tavush Province, was terminated.
After the decision enters into legal force, the above-mentioned land plot located in the territory of the city park of the Ijevan community will be returned to the Ijevan community,” reads the statement of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
As a result of the satisfaction and entry into legal force of 4 of the above-mentioned 16 lawsuits, the following land plots have already been returned to the Ijevan community:

The land plot with an area of 436.8 square meters located at 1/54 Ankakhutyan Street,

The land plot with an area of 1500 square meters located at 1/41 Ankakhutyan Street,

The land plot with an area of 0.03 hectares located at 18/6 Ankakhutyan Street,

The land plot with an area of 0.03 hectares located at 1/27 Valence Street.
