Cars collided on the Dilijan-Vanadzor highway, there are injuries

On August 3, at 18:59 an emergency call was received to Tavush Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred on Dilijan-Vanadzor roadway.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that “Ford” and “VAZ” cars collided at the 1st km of Dilijan-Vanadzor roadway.

Six casualties were hospitalized to medical centers.

The rescuers disconnected the batteries of the cars, cordoned off the area and closed the gas valve of the “VAZ” car.
