Citizen who fell into river in Haghartsin village hospitalized

On September 23, at 16:39, the Crisis Management Center of the Tavush Regional Rescue Department received an alert that a citizen had fallen into the river in Haghartsin village.

A firefighting-rescue unit from the Ministry of Internal Affairs Rescue Service’s regional department was dispatched to the scene.

It was found that the citizen had fallen into the Haghartsin River.

Rescuers pulled the citizen out of the river and carried him on a stretcher about 20 meters to the ambulance, after which he was hospitalized.
