Good Deeds Day project was once again implemented in Dilijan

“Dilijan Community Center” NGO implemented the Good Deeds Day project in Dilijan community on May 28, the day of the First Republic of Armenia. The latter is a global movement and is aimed at the implementation of community “Good Deeds” by volunteers. Since 2017, the holiday is celebrated every year in Armenia, the official partner of which is the “Dilijan Community Center” NGO.

This year, the focus of good deeds was the cleaning and improvement of the area around the city lake, and the implementation of the Peace Marathon. With the efforts of around 35 volunteers of the center, the area around the city lake was cleaned and improved, and already the residents and guests of the community joined the Peace Marathon.

The goal of the peace marathon is to inform the world about the humanitarian crisis happening in Artsakh today and to call on the states to live and create peacefully.
