Hidden Treasures of Tavush. Shkhmuradi Monastery and Verin Tsaghkavan

We continue our journey to the depths of the time. We go towards historical past to know our roots. We go to discover the treasures of Tavush.

Tavush roads lead us to this wonderful place,  lying between two hills; we are in Verin Tsaghkavan village, which is located on the bank of the Varagajur river in Berd, Tavush region.

Then the path of patriotism takes us along the paths of history to the 12th century to get acquainted with another of the treasures of the Tavush world.  The semi-ruined monastery situated in the forest is Shkhmurad.
