Ahead of the 2022-2023 academic year, the Real School project is starting for the first time in Tavush region.
The school activities start in Ijevan, the center of the region. On August 12, an open class meeting was held; during which all the interested people had the opportunity to get acquainted with the structure, goal, ideas, and implemented and to be implemented projects of the Real School.
In addition to presenting the school activities to the participants, the Real School developed several educational and cultural initiatives during the summer months in Ijevan.
The Real School project is implemented within the framework of the EU “Community Leaders for Economic Development” regional grant program. The main applicant of the project is the Municipality of Ijevan; which, in cooperation with the Association of Advanced Technology Entreprises (ATTE) and COWO community workplace, aims to develop a public-private partnership dialogue aimed at creating a sustainable ecosystem for the development of innovative entrepreneurship in tourism, high-value agriculture, and food processing.
The project offers advanced educational opportunities through the launch of the Real School and vocational trainings based on the project-based education model. The students of the Real School have the opportunity to receive vocational training through internships, work-based learning, and the development of soft and hard skills.
