Our partners clarify the incident that took place yesterday at Yell Extreme Park

The citizen did not fall from the Zipline but from the Roller Line, which is 3–4 meters above the ground.
From the very first moment of the incident, the company stood by the injured person. An ambulance was called immediately, and the injured was taken to the hospital, where all necessary medical examinations were carried out. He was then transferred to Yerevan for further examinations and treatment.
According to our information, the injured person’s life is not in danger. He has sustained a leg fracture and is currently in the hospital, where company representatives are also present.
The company has launched an internal investigation to clarify all the circumstances of the incident.
Immediately after the incident, Roller Line rides were suspended.
The Roller Line has undergone the necessary examinations and is registered in accordance with the established procedure in the Ministry of Internal Affairs Rescue Service’s registry of hazardous objects.
Yell Extreme Park has all the necessary documents required for operation.
The staff have undergone proper instruction and training, during which they were introduced to safety rules. The provided information was confirmed with their signatures.
