RTA on Dilijan-Teghut part of Yerevan-Ijevan highway (updated)

On June 2, at 2:30 p.m., the National Center for Crisis Management received an emergency call that an accident occurred on the Dilijan-Ijevan highway in Tavush region. The car fell into the river. there are casualties.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that on the 100th km of Yerevan-Dilijan highway, the Mercedes-Benz(driver: K. A.; born in 1974) left the roadway, and fell into the valley and hit a tree.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery of the car, and closed the gas valves. The rescuers took the driver out of the car and brought him to the ambulance. the casualty was hospitalized in Dilijan Medical Center, where doctors assessed his health condition as serious.
