The field of education in Tavush region: Roundtable discussion

In Tavush TV we talked about the accessibility, opportunities, and the issues of the field of education with the Executive Director of Dilijan Central School Naira Daluzyan, teacher-leader of “Teach for Armenia” educational program and the mentor of “Seroond” program Yelena Ghukasyan, and the president of Student Council of Aygehovit Secondary School Zina Poghosyan.

In Tavush TV we have again gathered at the discussion table; this time the topic is the cultural sphere, our guests are the director of Berd Culture House Armen Melikyan, the director of the school of fine arts of Dilijan named after Hovhannes Sharamberyan Hreghen Gasparyan and the organizer of Berdavan Culture House Ani Hakhverdyan.






A new breath on tourism paths and new opportunities for the youth in Dilijan

“We have reached a point that now we have a path that can be used by anyone without any exceptions.”

Paths, guest houses, tourism development, the knowledge and personal experience of these interconnected chains the participants of the “Youth for Change” program will take from Tavush. 



Young people from 9 regions of Armenia, from Yerevan and Artsakh, had the chance in Dilijan to get acquainted with the process of renovating the paths with their own experience and to get acquainted with all the nuances of implementing a tourism idea.




The results of “Reporting community, aware resident” project were summarized in Dilijan

According to the initiators, the project was aimed at collecting the current events on one platform and making them available to everyone. The way was: to bring them together in the “Calendar” section of the municipality website.

Capacity building courses on strategic planning were organized for 12 employees of educational, sports, cultural and library structures.

The project implementers are sure that the results will greatly contribute to Dilijan becoming an exemplary reporting community.
