The inaugural session of the newly elected Council of Elders of Berd community was held. Astghik Hakobyan was elected the head of the community

On November 10, the inaugural session of the newly elected Council of Elders of Berd community was held. Astghik Hakobyan was elected head of the community. All the 21 members of the Council of Elders were present at the meeting. Hamayak Adamyan, the oldest member of the Council of Elders, conducted the meeting.

The swearing-in ceremony of the head of the community will take place on November 13 at 12:00 in the hall of the Berdi School of Music and Art.

According to preliminary results, the “Strong Community” alliance won in Berd Community of Tavush region.
