On April 10 at 17:04, an emergency call was received to Tavush Regional Crisis Management Center that a car accident had occurred in the village of Vazashen; the rescuers’ help is needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that on the 30th km of Ijevan-Noyemberyan roadway, Opel Zafira (driver: V. U., born in 1981) left the road lane and rolled about 600 meters into the nearby valley.

The driver received appropriate medical assistance on the spot from the emergency workers.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery of the car, and pulled the car out of the valley with the help of special equipment.

“Talks with the Colonel, a new series is launching today on Tavush TV.

You are welcomed to the auditorium of the Military Academy named after Monte Melkonyan. here we will listen to the talks of the founder of the college, Colonel Aleksan Minasyan, with his students and also with us.

The heroes of Tavush are also among the servicemen martyred as a result of the aggression unleashed by Azerbaijan on September 13, 2022.

The commander of the platoon, lieutenant Sarmen Bejanyan, junior sergeant Lavrenti Episkoposyan, junior sergeant Tigran Musayelyan were posthumously awarded the “Combat Service” medal by the decree of the RA President. On March 27, the awarding ceremony of the servicemen took place.

The purpose of the event was to once again appreciate and express gratitude for the feats and selfless service of the boys.

“Combat Service” medals were handed over to the family members of servicemen who were posthumously awarded medals for their contribution to the defense of the Motherland, their bravery and unwavering dedication during combat operations.

On the occasion of the Theater Day, our cultural “Tavush talk” is with artist, director, actor, writer Samvel Beglaryan. He tells about his life linked to the Noyemberyan Culture Center and the perspectives of culture in the region.
