Smbat Tsutsulyan’s “The faded glow of gold” is already on the reader’s table. On April 15, the book presentation event was held in Tavush regional library. The book “The Faded glow of Gold” is dedicated to the writer, public speaker, and deputy head of the main criminal intelligence department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Soviet Armenia, police colonel Samvel Tsutsulyan.
