The patrols discovered a case of illegal tree felling in the city of Berd

The patrols  of the Tavush region battalion of the MIA police patrol service noticed a “GAZ-66” car loaded with timber on the evening of February 6 on Mashtots street in Berd city.

The driver did not present the appropriate document regarding 6 cubic meters of timber. He told that he had illegally cut down trees from the forest state park of Navur.

The car was taken to a specially protected area of the department. The compiled documents were sent to the investigative department of Berd.
