The youth soccer tournament named after goalkeeper Roman Berezovsky was launched in Tavush region. On September 10, the first football match between the youth of Tavush region took place in Tavush region.

The young football players of the teams of Haghartsin, Aygehovit, Tavush, and Koti villages competed in the presence of Roman Berezovsky, representing their teams and sports abilities in the best possible ways.
As a result of the football match, the youth of the Tavush village won first place, and Roman Berezovsky awarded them. Other teams also got prizes and certificates.

The tournament took place as a result of the joint work of the Russian House of Gyumri, the Football Federation of Armenia, the “Path of kindness” NGO, and the Tavush Regional Administration.

“We will do everything within our power and capabilities to promote the young footballers of the regions of Armenia to the professional football league,” said Roman Berezovsky during the press conference held after the match.
