Village Day will be celebrated in the village of Koti

With the efforts of Samson Saratikyan, a philanthropist from Koti, a children’s park was built in his native Koti village, the opening ceremony of which will take place on July 22.

Andranik Hakhverdyan, the administrative head of Koti settlement of Noyemberyan community, informed Tavush Media that the opening ceremony will start at 16:00. At the beginning of the event, the talented young people of the House of Culture of Koti will perform beautiful music and dance performances.

In the second part of the event, the participants will enjoy the performances of Ruben Hakhverdyan, Aghasi Ispiryan, Mihran Tsarukyan and other singers.

The event will be accompanied by exhibition-sales; the celebration will end with the traditional bonfire and fireworks, added A. Hakhverdyan.

In addition to the solemn ceremony, the day is marked with another idea. Starting from this year, every year on the day before Vardavar, “Koti Day” will be celebrated, which, according to the head of the village, has an important role and significance in strengthening unity, solidarity, harmony, and adherence to national values.
