On October 12, patrols of the 3rd platoon of the 2nd company of the Tavush region battalion stopped a Kia car driven by a 19-year-old resident of Echmiadzin on Kamo Street in Dilijan for driving without a seatbelt. The young man presented a fake Russian driver’s license.
The car was moved to a specially protected area.
The compiled documents were submitted to the preliminary investigation body.
