A commemorative khachkar was consecrated in the village of Voskevan in memory of the immortal heroes of the 44-day Artsakh war.
The consecration of Khachkar was performed by Archbishop Ter Bagrat Galstanyan, leader of the Diocese of Tavush.
The khachkar was installed by the efforts of Aram Barseghyan, who is from Voskevan but lives in Russia.
