From December 19, an electronic queuing system will operate in the passport and visa and foreign citizen registration departments of the Passport and Visa Department.
From December 19 to 23, along with electronic queuing, the procedure of serving with queuing coupons using queuing equipment will also work (with a ratio of 50 percent), and from December 26, service will be carried out exclusively by electronic queuing.
Queuing can be done online through the e-request.am platform.
