Civil Youth Center (CYC) is a non-governmental organization that does not pursue political interests, and was registered in the RA Ministry of Justice on July 16, 2018.
The office is located in Ijevan in the administrative center of Tavush.
The principles of promotion of democracy, human rights, pluralism and legal culture are at the basis of the mission of the CYC.
In 2015, still as a civic initiative, CYC was part of the Civic Youth Centers established by the Asparez Club of Journalists within the framework of the Demanding Society for Responsible Governance project.
In 2015-2018, the activity of the CRC was aimed at developing the abilities and skills of young people, increasing the level of citizens’ involvement in decision-making, state, local self-government and public processes, which is recorded in the organization’s charter.
The 2021-2023 strategic plan of the organization is aimed at the realization of the constitutional goals.
