The basis of patriotism, and national security is language, and our language is grabar (old Armenian) and dialect, which is our wealth, and we are its protector. Tavush Media is the only in the Armenian television field that produces and shows television programs in dialect and grabar (old Armenian).
February 21 is the International Day of Mother tongue. On the occasion of the holiday, the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia held an author’s video competition among schoolchildren under the title “Dialect is our wealth”. Highlighting and paying attention to the preservation and dissemination of dialects, Tavush Media presents to you the clips prepared by the participating schools from Tavush region, in which the students present their thoughts on the Armenian dialect and their mother tongue.
