At the initiative of the Dilijan Municipality, the 34th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Armenia was celebrated on September 21 in the city’s central square.
“The event began with an official opening ceremony and the national anthem. Performances were given by the brass band of the Dilijan Children’s Music School, the dance groups of the Hovhannes Sharambeyan Art School, as well as the ‘Delarte’ band,” reported the Dilijan Municipality.
The event was attended by local residents, guests, and municipal staff.
