Today, “The Heroes” program tells abouone of our brothers who saved the Motherland at the cost of his life, Manvel Manucharyan. Family, friends and teachers testify that the love for the native land, the awareness of the value of his family were the most characteristic traits of Manvel, who was always ready to reach out and help.
This year, in 2022, on January 6, a new birth was celebrated in the family of an immortal soldier. Manvel’s brother was born. The baby was named Emmanuel. as the mother says, “in honor of his brother and the martyred sons who are now in heaven.”
Manvel Manucharyan was born in 2001, in the village of Haghartsin, Tavush region. He studied at the local Secondary School.
In 2019, he was drafted into the army and served in Hadrut. During the 44-day war, he fought hard against the enemy for a whole day and died on the first day of the war, September 27.
Manvel Manucharyan was posthumously awarded the Medal of Courage.
