The Unified Social Service informs that from July 1, 2023 in cities and settlements with more than 1000 inhabitants (list: https://www.arlis.am/DocumentView.aspx?DocID=148358) family, social benefit and emergency assistance will be paid in a non-cash way, except in cases where the person receiving benefits is a first or second group disabled person or an elderly person, then based on the application, the payment can be continued in cash through Haypost.

After July 1, 2023, those families who have not submitted an application for the change of the payment method, the method of payment of the Benefit of the given family, using the software tool, will become non-cash, and the bank will be selected randomly, taking into account the families receiving non-cash Benefit in the given settlement. proportions according to paying banks.

In cities and settlements with more than 1,000 inhabitants, any of the adult members of families receiving benefits can submit an application for a change of payment method to the regional center serving the place of residence until June 30, 2023 inclusive, in order to avoid queues for receiving information about the bank selected by the system.
