From October 6 to 9, a training course on “Rescue Operations During Road Traffic Accidents” was held at the Dilijan Fire-Rescue Squad of the Tavush Regional Rescue Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ Rescue Service. The training was organized by the Russian-Armenian Humanitarian Response Center.
The aim of the course was to improve the professional skills of firefighters and rescuers during road traffic accidents and to familiarize them with innovative methods. Participants had the opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge they gained in practice.
In particular, they carried out simulations of complex traffic accidents, including scenarios involving extrication of victims from vehicles using rescue equipment, as well as other situational drills.
Through such training courses, firefighters and rescuers not only acquire the necessary knowledge and practical skills but also develop confidence, which plays a crucial role in rapid response to traffic accidents and saving human lives.
At the end of the training, participants received certificates.
