Thanks to the explanatory work of the criminal investigators of the Noyemberyan police department, on January 3, 34-year-old Ruslan P. presented himself to the department.
He was wanted since October 17 on charges of Article 296 (Illegal cutting of trees, bushes, and vegetation) of the former Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
