Today, on June 9, a command staff training on the topic “Organization and implementation of firefighting operations during forest fires” was held in the Tavush Administrative Center, which was led by the deputy governor of Tavush, Artur Hovakimyan.
The goal of the training is:
To improve the theoretical and practical abilities of the governing bodies in making decisions regarding the organization of population protection measures in case of forest fires.
To improve the practical skills of the responding forces and the organization of mutual cooperation in the implementation of joint rescue and urgent emergency rehabilitation works.
To improve the practical abilities of response forces and specialized groups in extinguishing fires in forested areas and rescuing people from smoke-covered zones.
