On July 10, the final concert of the Ijevan Branch of Nazani Dance Ensemble of the Dilijan community took place.
The students of the ensemble filled the House of Culture in Ijevan, and on July 13, the Amphitheater of Dilijan, with national, Armenian-folk, as well as foreign dances. Nazani Dance Ensemble was founded in 2012; the ensemble has been operating in Dilijan for about 11 years, and in Ijevan for two years.
Children attend dance classes from Ijevan and neighboring villages. The curriculum of the ensemble provides an opportunity to learn basic exercises, complex and rhythmic dances throughout the course of study.
During these years, the students have participated in various events, international contests, festivals and returned with prizes.
